Lena serves as a liaison between patients, families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes. She assesses patient needs, develops care plans, and ensure that medical services are provided efficiently and effectively. Lena can communicate with our patients in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
